Cecil Duddley Mends sweeps 2 top awards at 2nd National Brands Innovation Awards

Accomplished fashion designer and founder of CDM Fashion Couture, Cecil Duddley Mends, has added two prestigious awards to his already illustrious collection. The honors were bestowed upon him at the 2nd National Brands Innovation Awards, which took place on May 26, 2023.
